Finally finally, after starting the season on the third of August with FC Volendam my contract is signed. I’m grateful for this opportunity and I thank God to be here.
I’m really looking forward to this season, it’s great to be back on the pitch and to work with the vision of the Legend himself, Johan Cruijff, established by Wim Jonk. It helps a lot to have grown up as a player and coach with this way of playing at Ajax, it makes it easier to help the players to develop themselves. We have been working hard the last 2 months and the work continues. It’s a nice challenge to work with the “bovenbouw”(Young Volendam, U-18/U17) with this experienced staf: Edwin Zoetebier, Johan Plat,Martijn Kaars and Hesteriene de Reus.
