First of all, Kiki is my nickname from childhood. My real name is Kizito. I was born in Kinshasa, “Zaire” (RD Congo) and my parents are Raphael and Astrid. My father is a politician and professor in Economy and was a minister of infrastructure.  My mother is a professor in Biology. Thank God I inherited a small part of their brains. Because of political reasons, we left Congo when I was 8 to live in Holland. Getting used to my new environment and life I discovered that I liked to play football. At the age of 10 I joined a soccer team in the neighborhood.  Two years later Ajax discovered my talent and I was welcomed to join AFC Ajax Amsterdam.

I went to the Ajax Academy, developing my talent fast and reached the first team at the age of 17. I joined in at the right time and the right moment, as it was one of the most exciting times of the club history. This was my dream coming true. After Ajax I passed through France, Spain, England and Turkey and ended up in Holland again. These countries have founded me to be the person that I am today. I have great memories and experiences and most importantly it gave me some great friendships.

Ending my career I felt very blessed by the way my life has been and it is my moral duty  to give something back to others because I have been very fortunate in my career. I started to train kids to share my knowledge and experiences that I have gained throughout my life and so far it satisfies me to help out others. Though I enjoy being a coach, becoming a father and a Christian has giving me the fulfilment I was looking for and are by far my best achievements.
